The HM Sloop DeBraak was a British ship that sank off the coast of Delaware in the late 18th century. CPR provided condition assessments and conservation treatments for many of the artifacts including fourteen cannons/carronades, hundreds of cannon balls, over a thousand grapeshot, and three anchors. These pictures show the conservation of a cannon including interior corrosion, and recovery of the wadding, powder bag, and cannonball.
